Zone 4 stays off the board after 9. Nobody currently on shift decided that; it's just how long the routing's run that way. Don't push it past nine, and if a customer talks you into trying, tell them to call back tomorrow.

Whoever's parking the van on the same corner every Thursday, dispatch sees the mileage log too.
