Eventually Express is always short a driver or two for the overnight board. Must be comfortable with odd routes.

Night Driver, Overnight Routes

Open

Schedule	9 PM to 6 AM, four or five nights. Dispatcher sets the week.
Requirements	Valid license, clean-enough record, comfortable driving alone after midnight.
Also helps	Doesn't need a route explained twice. Fine with a route changing after you've already started it.
Non-negotiable	Discretion. We mean that one.
Pay	Cash Fridays or direct deposit, your call.

We don't run background checks past the DMV. We do keep an eye on how a new driver handles a night that goes sideways.

Drivers already on the board: the shift notes are where they've always been. Not for customers.
